Breasts Exercise Breast Health
Breasts and Exercise
Running and aerobics can cause your breasts to bounce around.
Inadequate support will result in breast sagging earlier, and breast pain the next day. Wear a sturdier sports bra that has underwire and molded cups, no matter what your size.
The right exercise can give your breast a little lift.
Regularly exercising the pectoral muscle in your chest can help to make
your breast perkier and create the illusion of cleavage. Push-ups and chest presses are your best exercise choices.

Foods Good For Breast Health
Diet and nutrition can play a significant role in the chances of developing breast cancer, particularly if you have a family history of the disease.
The following foods can help prevent or lessen the risks:
1. Healthy fats: Monounsaturated fats like extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground flaxseed and oily fish such as wild Alaskan salmon and sardines (which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids) help reduce your risk of developing breast cancer.
2. Eat more fruits and vegetables! Especially cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, bok choy, and cauliflower, which contain many different cancer-protective phytonutrients.
3. Herbs & Spices: Including chili peppers, tumeric, rosemary, thyme, parsley, basil and mint – have high antioxidant properties.
4. Drink plenty of green tea – A new study shows the green tea antioxidant EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) significantly slowed breast cancer growth in female mice.
5. Retinoids. Natural or synthetic forms of vitamin A (retinoids) may have the ability to destroy or inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Unlike other experimental therapies, retinoids may be effective in premenopausal women and in those whose tumors aren’t estrogen positive.
Foods to avoid:
1. Polyunsaturated fats (including many vegetable oils), and hydrogenated oils (margarines and vegetable shortenings) can all increase cancer risks.
2. Alcohol. Even in small amounts, alcohol consumption is associated with an increased risk of breast cancer.
3. A daily intake of conventionally raised meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products.
Replace with organic, hormone-free versions.
Nipple Piercing How Take Care Of Nipple Piercings
How to Take Care of Nipple Piercing
By Anna Lynn Sibal
Do you know that almost half of the people with nipple piercing end up having their nipples infected? A lot of people find nipple piercings sexy and daring, and a lot of those people actually muster up the courage to face the pain of getting one. Unfortunately, once they get nipple piercing, they often forget to take care of them. Thus, the wound on the nipple becomes a breeding ground for bacteria and gets infected.
It is one thing to endure the pain of getting a piercing, but it is another thing to have to be hospitalized because that piercing got really painful and swollen. This is not meant to scare you from getting the nipple piercing that you want, though. If you want it, go ahead and get it; just do not forget to take care of it while the wound is still healing.
Caring for new nipple piercings is simple enough. Here is what you need to do.
1. Hands off. While the wound is still healing, keep your hands off it. Do not touch it and do not let anyone else touch it, not even while having sex. The hands are germ-carriers and these germs are bad for your piercing. If you have to touch your piercings, make sure that you wash your hands first.
2. Avoid contact with bodily fluids. While the wound is still fresh, you should avoid your nipple piercings from coming into contact with bodily fluids such as saliva or semen. Not only will the contact worsen the pain but will also slow the healing or even infect the wound. Your partner should understand and be considerate.
3. Do not remove the jewelry. Under no circumstances are you to remove the jewelry. New piercings actually close much quickly when still fresh. So, if you replace the jewelry before the wound is healed, you increase the chances of the piercing closing and you may injure yourself in the process. If you are a gal, wait four to six months before changing the jewelry. If you are a guy, two to three months is enough.
4. Avoid friction or pressure. Not only is friction or pressure painful but any of that can irritate and infect the nipple piercing. Thus, you should avoid wearing tight clothes for a few weeks while the piercing is still fresh. A comfortable sports bra is a must if you are a gal.
5. Keep your piercing clean. Clean your nipple piercing in the shower. Let the warm water wet your nipples completely so you can get all the dirt and crust out of them. Do not forget to clean the jewelry as well. You do not have to remove the jewelry while you wash it and the piercing. Use an antibacterial soap for sensitive skin in washing both the piercing and the jewelry. Avoid over-cleaning your piercing, though. Once a day is enough; too much can be bad, too.
6. See your doctor if there are problems. Your nipple piercing may be infected if it feels warm and sore to the touch, if it looks swollen or if it has yellowish stuff draining from it. When you see this, do not remove the jewelry and do not attempt to clean the piercing. Instead, go see your doctor.
With nipple piercing, you get to give in to expressing a side of you that is brave and willing to try out new experiences, no matter how painful they are. However, you will get to enjoy your new piercings if you take care of them well while they are still healing.
Increase Your Breast Milk Supply Naturally
Five Ways to Increase Your Breast Milk Supply Naturally
By Anna Lynn Sibal
Your breast milk is the best milk for your baby. Not only does breast milk provide your baby the nutrients that she needs to grow and develop properly, but it also helps boost her immune system and make her more resistant to various diseases. Also, the act of breastfeeding creates and strengthens your bond with your baby.
So, it can be a serious issue if it seems like you cannot produce enough breast milk for your child. There are supplements that you can take – some synthetic and some herbal – in order to increase your breast milk production. However, you can never be sure if those supplements do not have ingredients that can be harmful to your baby.
Thankfully, there are more natural ways that you can turn to so you can increase your breast milk production. Maybe these natural methods can help you out.
1. Breastfeed more frequently. Supply is dictated by demand. So if you nurse more, you trick your body into producing more breast milk. You can create the demand and make your baby want to suck more by taking away the pacifier. You should also avoid feeding your baby with milk supplements because these will make your baby want to feed even less.
2. Pump at least eight times a day. Pumping your breast does the same thing as making your baby want to nurse more – it stimulates the production of milk in your breast. You can do this in the morning and right after your baby has nursed. Massaging the breast while pumping is known to help with the production of more milk.
3. Get enough rest. Stress is detrimental to optimum milk production. Ironically, stress is a new mother’s constant companion, what with the things she has to deal with on a daily basis now that the baby is there. If you are stressed out, find time to relax. For example, try to have a nap when you get the time and indulge in a massage every once in a while.
4. Eat properly. Inasmuch as you need to lose the weight you gained during your pregnancy, you should make sure that you are getting around 2,000 calories every day. You need those calories to build up not just the rate of your breast milk production but also the quality of your milk. You should also make sure that you are getting enough protein as well as vitamins and minerals.
5. Stay hydrated. Breast milk is a body fluid. How can your body produce more of it if you are not properly hydrated? Thus, you should drink plenty of water or fruit juices. You may have read about drinking beer being able to help boost breast milk supply, but studies have shown that babies do not like the taste of alcohol-flavored breast milk and will feed less. You should also avoid drinking coffee because it will make your baby restless and irritable.
With these more natural ways of boosting breast milk production, you do not have to turn to herbal supplements and the like to get it done unless you really have to. These five methods are safe and guaranteed to work in increasing the rate of your producing milk.
